Having served in roles such as Director Patient Services, Contract Manager, and Manager Disputed Claims, she specializes in accounts receivables and contract analysis

Michelle Joined OCG with an extensive background in Patient Access. Michelle began her career at the staff level and has since worked in several corporate level regional positions, supporting all facets of patient access and registration. She specializes in project management and implementation.
